Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Booking Availability: Consultations are available Monday to Friday, during business hours (8 AM - 7 PM, IST GMT +5:30). Advance Booking: Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Immediate Consultations: For urgent consultations, contact us directly. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Client Cancellation: We understand plans change. Please cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours in advance. Late Cancellation (Within 12 hours): A 50% cancellation fee applies. No-Show Policy: If you cannot attend, kindly notify us. Repeated no-shows may limit future bookings. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule up to 3 hours before the consultation, subject to availability. 3. Time Zones and Scheduling -Time Zone Accuracy: All bookings are displayed in the client’s local time zone for convenience. -Late Arrival: Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, the session may be shortened, and no refunds will be issued for paid bookings. 4. Service Delivery -Virtual Consultations: All consultations are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. -Recording Policy: Sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes (with client consent). 5. Confidentiality and Data Protection -Confidentiality: All client information shared during the consultation remains confidential. -NDA (Optional): Non-disclosure agreements can be signed upon request.
